Terms of Service

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account, purchasing credits, or accessing Image To Image, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

2. AI generation service

The service sends your prompt, selected settings, and necessary source images to third-party AI providers to generate a result. AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to other content, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Review every result before relying on or publishing it.

Availability, completion time, model behavior, and output quality may change. A task that fails before producing a usable stored result is automatically marked failed and its reserved Image To Image credits are returned.

3. Credits, pricing, and payments

Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, and do not automatically renew. Purchased credits remain available until used unless your payment is reversed, refunded, disputed, or the account is closed. The credit price shown before generation is the amount reserved for that task.

Payments are processed by the third-party payment processor selected at checkout. Each purchase authorizes a one-time charge for the amount shown; there is no recurring billing or automatic top-up. Cryptocurrency payments may require blockchain confirmations and may be delayed, partially paid, expired, or affected by network fees.

4. Refunds and billing disputes

One-time credit purchases are final and non-refundable because computing resources are allocated immediately when credits are purchased. Please evaluate your needs carefully before buying. Dissatisfaction with an AI-generated result does not qualify for a refund, but you may contact support@image-to-image.org and we will help investigate generation or technical issues. Verified duplicate or unauthorized charges and technical billing errors will be corrected, and non-waivable statutory rights remain unaffected.

Email support@image-to-image.org with your account email, transaction identifier, and reason for the request. Please contact us before initiating a bank dispute so we have an opportunity to investigate. Approved refunds return to the original payment method when supported; provider and network processing times may apply.

5. Your content and permitted use

You retain rights you already hold in content you upload. You grant us and our processors a limited license to host, transmit, transform, and store that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service.

Subject to law, third-party rights, and provider terms, we do not claim ownership of your generated results. You are responsible for confirming that your inputs and use of outputs do not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.

6. Prohibited conduct

You must not generate, edit, upload, store, or distribute: (a) sexually explicit, pornographic, or other NSFW content; (b) graphic violence, gore, or content that glorifies or instructs serious violence; (c) hate speech or content that attacks protected groups; (d) child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized minors, or other child-unsafe content; (e) deceptive deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that impersonates a real person; or (f) content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other third-party rights.

We apply zero tolerance to CSAM, sexual content involving minors, terrorist or violent-extremist support, instructions for weapons of mass destruction, and non-consensual sexual deepfakes. Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, exploitative, malware, credential-theft, impersonation, fraud, spam, misinformation, or security-bypass activity. Do not bypass limits, probe private systems, automate abusive traffic, resell access without permission, or interfere with other users.

Do not use inputs, outputs, model responses, or derived data to train, fine-tune, benchmark, distill, or develop a competing AI system, and do not systematically scrape outputs at scale. For people, private images, or watermark-related tools, you must have the necessary consent and rights. We may suspend access, preserve evidence, or report conduct when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or service protection.

7. Content moderation

Prompts, source images, generated results, and usage patterns may be screened by model-provider safety systems and our automated abuse controls. A request may be rejected before or during processing. Flagged activity and user reports may be manually reviewed, and we may perform risk-based sampling or audits. Automated systems can make mistakes, and moderation does not guarantee that every violation will be detected.

8. Enforcement, reporting, and appeals

Depending on severity, context, and repeat behavior, we may warn the user, block a request, remove content, restrict features or usage limits, suspend or permanently terminate an account, preserve relevant evidence, and report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities. Severe child-safety threats and other imminent harm receive priority review and may result in immediate suspension or reporting.

Report suspected prohibited content or conduct to support@image-to-image.org with the subject “Content Safety Report.” Include the relevant task or asset identifier, a description, and supporting information; do not email illegal imagery. We review reports confidentially and objectively, may request more information, and will communicate an outcome where lawful and appropriate. Affected users may use the same address to appeal an enforcement decision for independent reconsideration.

9. AI output and professional-use warning

AI results may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or similar to content produced for others. They are not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Review and independently verify every result before relying on it, publishing it, or using it in a way that could affect a person’s rights or safety.

10. Suspension, termination, and retention

You may stop using the service or request account deletion. We may restrict or terminate access for material violations, legal requirements, fraud, security risk, or persistent operational harm. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Images and completed task history are retained for up to 100 days. Certain payment, credit-ledger, security, and compliance records may remain as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Data and payment security

Your use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy at https://image-to-image.org/privacy. Hosted checkout providers process payment credentials under their own security and privacy terms. We do not store full payment-card numbers, cryptocurrency wallet private keys, or recovery phrases.

12. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Image To Image is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid to the service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

13. Changes and general provisions

We may update these Terms as the service, providers, or law changes. Where practical, we will give at least 14 days’ notice of material changes by email or an in-product notice and identify a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the complete agreement concerning the service and do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
